Application
Acknowledging the terms and conditions the application form will be completed, officially signed and stamped and be mailed to the organizer's address in due course.
The organizer reserves the right for acceptance or rejection of the application form.
Written confirmation will be given to the space reservation and will apply only to the firm shown in the application form. The contract between the organizer and the exhibitor becomes effective with the acceptance of application.

Allocation of space
Exhibitors will be notified of their space allocation following the closing date for application. No part of space allotted to any exhibitor may be transferred, assigned, sublet or shared with any other exhibitor or with any other person or corporation without the prior agreement of organizer.

Exhibits
Import of any kind of goods to Kish free zone is permitted with exception of the goods which are prohibited in accordance to Islamic Laws or the lows of the country in which the zones names are stipulated or are unauthorized in accordance with special regulations of zone.
Note: Import of goods originally produced in Israel is prohibited.
Exhibits are not permitted to be removed from the stand during exhibition period.
Exhibitors may carry out demonstration on tools and machinery after obtaining the approval of the organizer. All necessary precautions should be taken when such demonstrations are conducted. All responsibility will be taken by exhibitors if any damage is done to the fairground.

Variation
While every effort will be made by the organizer to meet the requirements of the exhibitor, the organizer reserves the right to make any alterations that may be considered necessary to the nature, method of construction, position or size of exhibition pavilions, or other variations considered necessary in connection with the exhibition.

Official Catalogue
An official catalogue will be issued.
The organizer does not accept any responsibility for any omissions, or errors which may occur in compilation of the catalogue.

Publicity
Exhibitor purposes to distribute books, films, etc., in the pavilion during the exhibition should receive prior approval of organizer.
Exhibitor proposes to use audio and / or audio visual equipment to play sound or audio visual recording and / or relay television transmissions, whether by means of TV, audio, record, CD's, cassettes or other electronic means, should receive prior approval of organizer.
Exhibitors have no right to put slogans, placards or writing inside the exhibition.

Photographing
The organizer has the right to take photographs or films of any part of the exhibition for the use in the publications of exhibition.
Photographers shall not be permitted to take pictures inside the exhibition without the prior permission of the organizer.
Stands or articles may not be photographed.

Conduct of Exhibitors
Every Exhibitor shall insure that his stand is open to view and staffed by competent representatives during exhibition hours . In the event of any exhibitor filing to open his stand or uncover his exhibits the organizer may do so or may arrange for the stand and exhibits to be removed and the exhibitor shall be liable for any charges that may be incurred . The organizer will not be liable for any losses. .

Safety and Security
* Exhibitors are responsible for the safeguarding of their exhibits during the visiting hours of the fair. the organizer takes the same responsibility after the closing hours during the period of the exhibition. * The exhibitor is required to carry out necessary measures for safe-keeping of his precious exhibits.* Exhibitors are required to remove all the inflammable materials such as empty cases, packing materials …. etc.., from their pavilions and stands .* Naked lights or any flame- producing articles are prohibited from storage in the halls . Neither oil nor other types of fuel may be stored on the site. Exhibitors requiring oil or Neither oil nor other types of fuel may be stored on the site. exhibiters requiring oil or other types of fuel for demonstration purposes are asked to consult the organizer. * The organizer is empowered to take any security measures necessary.

Damage to Buildings
The exhibitor shall not cause or permit any damage to the exhibition buildings or any part thereof or to any of the fixtures and fittings therein not property of the exhibitor and shall not alter or interfere with structure of the exhibition buildings. Any exhibitor in breach of the regulation shall indemnify the organization in respect of any claim for such damage.

Cleaning Services
The organizer will arrange for the cleaning of outdoor and indoor areas. The exhibitor is responsible for the daily cleaning of the stand before the opening hour.

Technical Regulation of the Exhibition
*Those exhibitors who construct their stands should submit a copy of their proposed design at least 30 day before opening date of the exhibition in order to get the approval of the organizer, in case an exhibitor does not get the approval , the organizer will stop the construction of his stand and the exhibitor is solely responsible for any damages. * The organizer has the right to make any changes in proposed design if necessary. Failing this, the organizer has the right to dismantle the construction and charge the exhibitor accordingly. * All stand construction and decoration must be completed 24 hours before the opening of the fair. * any waste materials resulting from the construction of stands should be disposed of correctly 2 days before opening of the fair. The organizer has the right to remove any such items and to charge the exhibitor.

Vacating Exhibition Spaces
• Exhibitors should vacate pavilions and stands allotted to them whether indoor or outdoor. and remove exhibits decorative materials and any other installation and return the stands to the former state and hand them over to the organizer no later than 3 days after the termination of the fair .

Dismantling
Exhibitors are requested to dismantle the stands and pavilions and installation (indoor and outdoor) 15 days after the termination of the fair at the latest. Otherwise the organizer will dismantle the stands and installations at the exhibitors expense and they will have no right to demand compensation.

Claims and Infringement of the Rules and Regulations
Claims by exhibitors against the organizer arising from their stands rental and conditions connected therewith will only be accepted up to 3 working days after termination of the exhibition , All complaints must be brought to the notice of the organizer for preliminary consideration before they are taken to other legal bodies. If the organizer does not consider the complaints within two months after receiving them, exhibiters have the right to submit their claims to the legal court. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be decided by the low of the Islamic Republic of Iran,

Infringement of the regulations
If an exhibitor does not observe the rules and regulations, the organizer has the right to stop his working in the stand at any time, and the exhibitor has no right to demand.

Move in and Move out of Stand Materials and Exhibits
Exhibits shall moved into the exhibition venue according to the arrangements and within the limits specified by the organizer. *The arrangement and payment for transporting goods to and from the exhibition venue are entirely on the responsibility of the exhibitor.* The Organizer reserves the right to appoint one or more exclusive contractor (s) to handle the movements of all goods and exhibits in and out of the exhibition venue.

Electricity
*Only electricity can be used as a source of light or power in the exhibition venue. *All electricity works shall be carried out at the exhibitors expense by the official contractor appointed by the organizer. Designs, plans or proposals for electrical installation must be submitted or reach the organizers for approval, not later than one month before the exhibition. The organizer may require amendments or variation to be made to the design, plan or proposals before approving the same, or may withhold approval at their own discretion. *Applications for the supply of electricity must be submitted to the official contractor of the organizer. *Electricity shall be supplied only through the exhibition centers official contractor.

Visa
No entry visa is required to Kish Island.
Foreign nationals who enter the Kish Island from abroad need not get a previous visa.
Those who intend to enter the main land of the Islamic Republic of Iran before or after entering the Kish Island should apply for an entry visa in due time.
